ROOFY provides real-estate agency, LED outdoor advertising and brand marketing services. This site is an information and initial-contact channel; the final commercial terms of any engagement are governed by separate written agreements between ROOFY and the client.
02 · Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and reasonably. You will not (i) use automated tools to scrape, overload or interfere with the site; (ii) attempt to access non-public areas; or (iii) submit content intended to deceive, harass or defame others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice.

Property information displayed on this site is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer. Price, area, title status and other key parameters are subject to on-site due diligence and formal signed documents. We work to keep listings accurate but make no warranty that all details are error-free.
