Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, the service line you're interested in, and the contents of any message you send us through a form, by email or via WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically. Browser type, device type, IP address, visit timestamps, referring URLs and the pages you view on our site. This information is gathered through cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies Policy for details.

We use the information above to (i) respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you request; (ii) improve our site and services over time; (iii) send you, with your consent, business communications you have asked for; (iv) comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations; and (v) prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

We use a number of third-party services to run this site. Some of your information may be transferred to those providers:
Google Analytics 4 — site usage analytics provided by Google LLC. May involve cross-border transfers, including to the United States.
Meta Pixel — campaign measurement provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. when we run advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
WhatsApp — we expose a WhatsApp deep-link to +260 964 813 736; once you reach WhatsApp, that interaction is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Google Maps — several pages embed Google Maps. Loading the map may share your IP address and browser info with Google.
We do not directly control these third parties' privacy practices, but choose providers with mature data protection programmes.

05 · International data transfers
Because we use overseas services (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Maps), your information may be transferred outside Zambia, including to the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that offer reasonable data-protection safeguards.
06 · Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary. Inquiry-form data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Analytics data is retained per the third-party defaults (e.g. GA4 default is 14 months).
07 · Your rights
Under the Zambia Data Protection Act, 2021, you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent you previously gave, and to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority if you believe our processing is unlawful.
